Because DigitalArtPrint provides custom digital artwork made to order, traditional physical returns do not apply.
1. Custom orders
Custom portrait and drawing orders are created specifically from the photos and instructions you provide. For that reason, orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once work has started, except where required by law.
2. Digital delivery
The final product is delivered digitally, such as PNG or PDF files. Once the digital files have been delivered or access has been provided, refunds are normally not available for completed orders unless the files are defective, incomplete, or materially different from the agreed description.
3. EU consumer notice
If you are an EU consumer, you may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, this right can be lost for digital content once performance begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgment, and custom-made goods/services may also fall under exceptions when properly disclosed.
4. Approval to start work
By placing an order and asking us to begin work before the withdrawal period ends, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that your cancellation or withdrawal rights may be reduced or lost once the custom work or digital delivery begins, to the extent permitted by law.
5. If there is a problem
If you receive the wrong file, a corrupted file, or a final artwork that materially does not match the agreed order brief, contact us within 7 days at madrun@digitalartprint.shop. We will review the issue and may offer a corrected file, revision, replacement delivery, or refund where appropriate.
6. Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not given for:
Change of mind after work has started.
Minor color differences caused by screen settings.
Delays caused by missing information from the customer.
Requests outside the original brief after delivery.
